These brilliant pair of 8x4 Freightliner Argosys are both owned by Dallas Manning of Manning Transport Limited, Waipukarau. The blue and white combination - 'Fast and Furious' was a winner of the best curtain-sider at the Show and Shine at Mystery Creek earlier in the year, while the red and white Argosy 'Furr Ball' has only just gone on the road. The attention to detail on both these units is impressive, both have modified grilles, polished alloy Ali Arc bumpers, chrome plating, coloured wheel nuts, Freightliner cab skirts and note the chrome flames around the indicator lights on the Roadfreighters truck and the mirror stainless tool boxes on the truck and trailer of the Parcel Express truck. The messages on the Parcel Express truck's personalised plates make for interesting reading! 'If you can't find your CAT look under my tyres' and on the trailer 'Splat there goes your CAT'.
