| More than 50 trucks took part in a parade on Sunday 17th of September as part of the Annual Road Transport Forum Conference. The convoy started in Seaview, Petone continued along the Hutt and Wellington motorways towards the heart of Wellington City and then back to Seaview, a total distance of more than 30 kilometres.
The procession of trucks passed a large crowd near the Michael Fowler Centre where there were also a small number of trucks and trailers exhibited as part of the conference. The perfect weather and impressive backdrops of the harbour and skyline provided ideal viewing for onlookers as the convoy rolled by.
